Pierwszy raz zobaczył śnieg

This is the amazing moment a Filipino teenager sees snow for the first time in his life just one month after being adopted by an American family. When Elmejhon Hallcroft woke up on November 17 he was greeted by a winter wonderland he had never encountered. On spotting the blanket of white outside his new home in Gillette, Wyoming, USA, the excited teen exclaims “it’s cool” before asking his dad Russ whether he can go outside. With only a few minutes before school, Elmejhon forgoes wearing warm clothes and sprints outside in just a T shirt, board shorts and flip flops before leaping head first on to the snow. Mum Devon said: “Elmejhon's reaction when he saw the snow was of absolute amazement and wonder. “He was in a state of just pure bliss, literally squealing with delight. “He could only spend a few minutes in it before school but there was no way I was going to stop him. “As soon as he returned that afternoon he dressed in winter gear and played out with his sister, DeLaney, until dark.” Russ and Devon – who also have two biological children, Zack, 23, and DeLaney, 16 – adopted Elmejhon officially in October and brought him back to the US on October 14. The teen – originally from Davao, Philippines - had spent a month with the family in 2015 through a hosting program for older orphans. Devon said: “We fell in love with him and set the adoption process in motion the day he flew back. “Though our son was only able to FaceTime him and talk to him on the phone, he was also instantly smitten and gave his consent. “They will meet for the first time when Zack comes home for Christmas. “The adoption was long and arduous and took a year to the day. “Elmejhon flew back to the Philippines from hosting on October 14, 2015, and after traveling to Manila to receive him, we flew back into Wyoming with our son, October 14, 2016.” Since being in the USA, Elmejhon has encountered many things for the first time including Halloween, trick or treating and his first day
